Default Fold this river after the turn raise?

Villain here seems pretty TAG'ish in the 30 hands or so I have on him..

Party 3/6 Hold Em
PreFlop: PokerPan77 is UTG with Kh Th (10 Players)
PokerPan77 calls, 1 fold, UTG+2 calls, 4 folds, Button calls, SB calls, BB checks,

raise PF?

Flop: (5.00 SB) Kd 6s Jc (5 Players)
SB checks, BB checks, PokerPan77 bets, UTG+2 calls, Button calls, SB folds, BB folds,

Turn: (4.00 BB) 9c (3 Players)
PokerPan77 bets, UTG+2 folds, Button raises, PokerPan77 calls

I can put villain on 2-pair, set, or maybe just an overplayed K now. I think 2 pair is most likely so I'm continuing...

River: (8.00 BB) 2s (2 Players)
PokerPan77 checks, Button bets, PokerPan77 calls

cannot.. click.... fold

Final Pot: 10.00 BB

Dabbling in 3/6 lately and I think I'm getting a lesson on on when to find the fold button and when to call down with TPGK.

Until I know more about villain I'm wagering I'm good 20% of the time.
