Firefox problem
I just downloaded an update for Firefox and pretty much broke it. It opens fine but when I click anywhere inside the browser I get this:
RoboForm is a password manager/form filler. I know the error says the problem is with RoboForm but it started happening as soon as I restarted Firefox after the update and it happens even when I close the Roboform toolbar in Firefox. Anyone know what the hell I did? |

Re: Firefox problem
Oh, I thought they got rid of that forum since I didn't see it under Other Topics. Why the [censored] is it in General Gambling?
Sorry for the Computer Technical Help content in OOT. |

You might get an answer here, but more likely there.

Re: Firefox problem
wtf, I'll throw down before this gets moved.
In my tech support days, after cleaning Windows, we would decide your install is corrupt. Uninstall / reinstall. |

Re: Firefox problem
I posted it there also. I'm leaving this one here just in case, but feel free to let it die.

I'm watching the packets and they're taking about 30 hops through Europe instead of staying in the city and going to my office thats' 2 miles from my house. My connection is unusable because I can't VPN in to my connection at work" "Sir, can you access the internet? Then I guess there isn't a problem" That happened to a friend of mine... he spent about 6 hours on the phone with Qwest support on a Saturday while trying to get work done. After about 5 hours, he finally found somebody who saw the problem and understood what was going on.... then they got disconnected. I hate support people |

"Sir, is your internet working? Is your email working? Then I guess there isn't a problem" [/ QUOTE ] I called my cable company the other day when the Internet was down. I got some ridiculously long message that started out with, "If you're connected to the Internet using our high-speed service, you may be able to find the answers you want at www......". I'm guessing like 99% of the people are calling that number because they can't connect to the Internet. |
