What matters is the clear, concise solution and that you'll have your money tommorow.

I disagree. What's really at issue here is that you are being a prick. No one likes pricks. Don't be a prick.

I've given up on Eurobet.

Their customer service is the worst and their HH seems to be down all the time.
Add to that the fact that even when it works it sends it to the internet mail site rather than to a normal e-mail, it means that I have come to the conclusion that they just aren't worth the bother.
I'll manage without their rakeback.

[/ QUOTE ]
You really ought to try saving the hand histories to your hard drive. I rarely have problems with hh files obtained in this way.

Must be the Bank Holiday weekend.
Yeah, as the name sounds, it is a day when the BANKS are on holiday (as are the rest of the country).

most of the time I can't access the cashier window by clicking on the cashier button on the poker software, but what I do is go in my browser and start typing the url, it starts with cepoker, then the browser will auto complete, I'll pick the adresse which has the parameter page=cashier in it. It doesn't always work, but most time it does, you won't be logged in, but you can then login in the web interface and you should have access to both the cashier and the messaging center.

good luck
