Default Quick river question

Semi lag 40/20 ish opens on the button, I threebet 88 from the sb bb folds.
Flop 10109. I bet he calls.
Turn 9 I bet he calls.
River 2. fire one more or give up?

His play looks like high card(s) missed.
He's folding QJ, but that's unlikely, he'd semibluff with it I think (or maybe he wanted to wait till the turn and than changed his mind).
He might fold a King, but not an ace.
If he has a PP, you might even outkick him.
I'd bet I think, but it's close.

I would give up, but I think its close. His play looks like that of high cards. I would think a semi-lag would play back at you with a strong draw like QJ or J8 on this flop a lot of the time so I'd discount those a bit. I'd say its most likely KQ, KJ or AT-A2. He's definitely calling with the aces and I think he's calling too often with the kings to make a bet profitable.
