Unimproved AK against LAG - turn line
Villain here is very aggressive: 43/29/4-4-2 over 136 hands. During ten hands (this session so far) I have gone to 1 showdown just calling down. Villain has been involved in 7 hands, won 3. Thoughts about turn play here danke.

Re: Unimproved AK against LAG - turn line
Options 2 and 3 suck.
I don't really like option 4 as I feel we will be folding the best hand too much. So that leaves options 1 and 5 which I feel are close. Overall though you really seem to be way ahead in my mind, and checking here gives him a chance to showdown his worse ace for free possibly. So I'm gonna have to go with Best 5 1 4 3 2 Worst |

Re: Unimproved AK against LAG - turn line
I think his c/r percentage comes into play here. If he's c/r bluff happy I might check and call a bet because the danger of the free card is blanced by the danger of dropping the best hand.
Otherwise I'm betting this every time--we are probably still good and want to show this down cheap and charge him for drawing. |

He wasn't interested in the flop, I think you can bet and call a raise.

Thanks! We seems to be in line. I decided to take this to showdown no matter what. He cooled down against me afterwards... /v
