Did the pic not show up? It was a Vicks Inhaler.

They work great, cost a buck or two and are worth a shot before something more drastic (I personally cannot sleep well with those humidifier things going)

Breathe Right strips. And in my experience, they work pretty well. The humidifier is a good suggestion as well.
