Looks OK, i don't mind stealing with 9-10 suited, especially if one of those blinds were tight. I also like calling the three-bet to see if you pick up that backdoor draw. Given your read, if the turn came no heart, it would have been a fold, right? Raise river, call three bet.

Can someone explain the flop and turn action? Why raise the flop, and even more important, why call the 3bet when its HIGHLY likely you are up against a better 9 or K.

Seeing as you dont improve on the turn, why call that bet either?
