You have a great hand, and are either way ahead or slightly behind (excepting a set). The problem is that this flop is unlikely to have hit your opponents, unless they have a queen, whose kicker is almost certainly bigger than yours.

I think check-raising is better than betting. This is a pretty complicated hand, but to put it briefly, I think you can get a sometimes get a better queen to lay down to a check raise, which would be a win vs. betting into it. This is against giving a free card to an A, K, or some unlikely gutshot draw, but with 3 other players, I think someone is likely enough to bet, and there are plenty of blanks that could fall if they don't.

If the check-raise is called, and I don't improve, I check the turn in hopes of getting a free card, and make a pot-odds decision if my opponent bets.
