You will never know your BB / 100 that accurately.

When you play a new level:
Do you generally notice your opponents making mistakes that you are capable of capitalizing on ?
Are your opponenets generally outplaying / tricking you?

If the game isn't challenging, and you're confident your true win rate is pretty high, then move up. You can always drop back down if things go badly. Also consider trying 2/4 short on some non-Party site.
