Default Stupid Stud question

A stupid question but i feel like online would be the place to ask it, as i can't look too stupid if front of people i've never met.

I was in AC this weekend and saw a 1-5 stud game. I'm not too familar with stud and don't know exactly what that means so i didn't sit. I was just curious if someone could explain the details of the game?

bet sizes mainly for example, the bring-in, the small bet, the big bet, or if it is just a spread limit. thanks ahead of time.

Yes, it's a spread limit game. There will often be a very small ante (though sometimes these very low stud games have no ante) and a small bring-in. It's 1-5 spread on all rounds.

Honestly, there is no game more boring than 1-5 stud. Stud is fun, but not that betting structure.

Regards,

T
