NL $100 against bad LAG
This guy is 45/28/2 after 80 hands. Aggression factor 2 on all three streets. When I'm calling the flop I expect him to check the turn to me if he has nothing (and I expect him to have nothing). And I plan to bet half pot on the turn to push him off his overcards. PA tells me he's check raised twice in his 80 hands, for what that is worth.

1/3-1/2 pot is good I think.

Re: NL $100 against bad LAG
Odds are you are value betting at this point. Someone do the math, but I come up with a bet of around 12.50 given the opponent's range of hands. BTW, way to hang in there for the turn 3, great call!

Re: NL $100 against bad LAG
He probably has nothing. Someone this aggressive I'd be tempted to check and hope to induce a bluff on the river.
But with that board I probably fire 1/2 of the pot and pray he tries to bluff raise me or he has a lone heart he wants to draw to. |

Re: NL $100 against bad LAG
I like a check. You can probably get it all in on the river if he does have a jack anyway, and you can get a pretty reasonable amount from a middle pocket pair there as well, but you can also induce a bluff, or let him catch a pair with a big ace.

That's pretty much what I thought after the hand. I can probably induce a bluff from just about anything (so if he has a high club, he'll charge himself for it anyway), and if he has a jack or a flush (or a full house ), I can get the money in on the river.
I bet half pot and he folded. |
