Re: JTo 100-200 river bluff raise
"Does he play too aggro, too loose, too weak/tight?"
he is random. he alternates randomly between loose passive and lag. |

Re: JTo 100-200 river bluff raise
"Unfortunately the guy who donks this river with a PP or some unusual hand with a 9 or 5 also doesn't fold when raised."
true. but i didnt put him on that. his donl bet here just screamed total random bluff. i mean i thought he had A high or something, but that it was a hand he felt he needed to bluff with. |

Re: JTo 100-200 river bluff raise
If there is a reasonable chance he has nothing and is bluffing then it seems ok. If he likely has a mediocre hand rather than nothing I think it is a waste.
Of course my perspective is mostly from online, where river raising NEVER EVER EVER folds anyone (hilariously even when they were bluffing!). |

Re: result
Hell of a read. Nice hand. Although I am struggling to find what I (and other posters) can take away from it given that I rarely play live. Assuming you are profitable with these plays it is certainly a skill I would like to improve, but not one I think is possible by reading posts online.
