Default Heads up, worst pair, weak kicker out of position

Party 3/6
Folds to the button who open limps. I take this to mean that he sucks, not that he has a monster. I check 9c2s in the BB.

Flop is Tc 7s 2c. I bet, he calls. Okay so far?

Turn is Ks. What's my plan for the rest of this hand?

I'd bet the turn to try to take it down right there, but thats as far as I go. I'd fold to a raise and Check/Fold the river.

Your hand is too weak not to bet, and there is a chance you have the best of it with your monster pair. If he calls, you aren't looking very good. He almost surely has you beat. I agree with the check/fold a river bet if he stays around.

That's awesome. As for the hand, I was thinking lead turn, fold to a raise, and c/f the river UI.

I bet and put no more money in the pot UI. Our hand has a good chance of being best and, if so, is very vulnerable and needs protection. Villain could have called the flop with lots of different things (esp. two overcards), but on the turn is more likely to have something if he calls.

I agree with your read that a Button open limper probably just sucks, by the way.
