I have a stack of 450 $, UTG cover me.
UTG limp, MP limp, I limp with 33, SB call and BB check. Flop is Qs, Ts, 3d everyone check I bet 16 $, UTG calls. turn is Ac, pot is 50 $ he check, I bet 40 $, he check-raise to 125 $ what should I do ? UTG seem to be somewhat tight before the flop and not specially aggressive post-flop, but I only have about 50 hands with him. |

My tought is that he have either, a straight, two pair, or a better set. If the board pair I'm losing my stack to most of his hands, and if the board does not pair Im losing a lot of my stack against two third of his hands, so I decided to fold.
Im still not sure It was correct, but It was close IMO. Thats why I posted this hand. |

correct me if I am wrong, but it looks like you are up against 2 pair more than you are up against a better set, and if he does have a set I doubt villian flat-calls with the flush and backdoor straight draw. if he has a straight you still have outs and good implied odds to fill up on the river, so i would call the checkraise and just call a river bet.
i have a question. say here calls the turn C/R, but the board does not pair. what sized bet is the hero able to call, and what size bet should hero make if it is checked to him? Also, what if the river is another spade? |

Call. You have position. Doubtful he puts you on a set, doubtful he has a bigger set. A straight means he called your flop bet with a gutshot and an over. More likely he has Ax or two pair, and puts you on a bare queen.

K-J would be open ended on the flop.
For the original post, you have to call this turn checkraise as others have already stated. |
