I like certain kinds of English accents(some sound awful), and think Italian accents are often sexy.
The whole manner of Japanese girls can be pretty sexy, though I don't trace it down to accents particularly. Sometimes I think Swedish accents are sexy, but it's really hard not to laugh when hearing them, so though that doesn't mean the sexiness is gone, snickering and trying not to laugh in someone's face sort of takes the edge off a sexy mood.
