Eurobet hand history not available

During a frenzy of disconnects earlier this week I lost some hand histories that I requsted by email. Finally after three days, I got them in my emessages on Eurobet. When I click the Hand History link in the message, I just get a screen that sais hand history unavailable.

Is there anything I can do, and has anyone had this happen again? There is about 20 hands that need in my PT DB.

Whenever I've been told a hand history was unavailable it was because the hand never finished (e.g., their server died somewhat) and it was considered a "misdeal" and everyone got there money back.
