Default Early live MTT hand

$100 buy-in 160 person event.

Villian is a TAG with above average aggresion. Early on starting stack 2500, I have 4400 villian has 4000. 10-Handed, 100-50 blinds, villian limps from UTG I raise on button to 300 (AJo), blinds fold he calls.

Flop (750) J 10 5 rainbow

Villian bets 400, Hero re-raise 800, Villian Calls

Turn (2350) K

Villian bets 600, Hero calls

I figure with 9 potential outs, and 1:5 pot odds I have to call

River (3550) K

Villian All-in 2300 Hero ???

Why the miniraise preflop? Preflop raise to 400-500 or limp.

Why the miniraise on the flop? Put in a real raise or flat call.

I don't raise larger, because I have position, the blinds are small, and I'm not completely adverse to playing post flop poker with him.
