You're looking at 4.5:1 on the flop. You drop to 3.25:1 on the turn when checked to, and 3.25:2 when he leads and you raise. You also give him a free chance to draw out on you when you're ahead on the flop.

You'd have to have significantly better fold equity via the turn raise to make waiting a better line.
