Default Whose your Daddy???

curiuos to see if this is something that happens all around : players who always seem to get beat heads up by another.. EX: at the local tourneys in the room where i play, there is one individual, who, for at least 9, 10 hands straight, goes up against me, and even if he has the best hand at the time, by the river ive beat him.. likewise, there is another individual that whenever i happen to go up against me, he ends up with the best hand by the river.. anyone have similar exp in tourneys??

im saying, just a player you cant seem to beat, or a player you cant seem to beat, kinda like a dealer who you always do well with, or a dealer you dont do well with.. in the tourneys, i seem to have a bead on one player, and likewise, there is a player who always seems to have my number..
