Default Why did I not like folding this?

I'm in the BB with 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], UTG had limped the SB completed and I checked. SB's stats are 20/8/0.85 in 216 hands.

Flop is A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

SB checks, I bet, utg calls, Sb calls.

turn is a 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

SB checks, I bet, utg folds, SB checkraises, I fold.

If it's an unknown do you fold?

You're getting 6:1, and it's 8:1 to draw to 5 outs. Also, I think a picked up flush draw is making this play quite often, as well as picked up gutshots, and every once in a while a lower PP etc. Call it down and see if he bets the river. Depending on the card you might call or fold, but you'll be getting 8:1, and I think you can call on a lot of rivers.

Tough laydown. I don't think I can fold here, though we hold a loser most of the time.

Er, given my read, I guess your outs could be heavily tainted. I guess fold is fine.

I posted his stats for a reason. Also, how do I have a straight draw?

I fold to the raise. Your middle pair weak kicker just doesn't look like its worth 2 more BB (getting 7:2 to go to showdown, I think) to see a showdown vs. a more or less weak/passive player in such a small pot.

Against an unknown I still fold but I think its much closer.

(haven't read other reply's)
You're true odds would be 3.5:1 or so. Against at least 80% of the players at the tables that wouldn't be a profitable calldown, so i fold against an unknown here as well.

It was kind of tough, I mean, there are a lot of hands we're ahead of or drawing to 5 outs against. I'd probably call down against an unknown and would definietly call down against a known lag.
