Really agree with the Murphy play. He was in such a good position until he just got lazy. It really seemed that he was satisfied to win the 200K (not that I wouldn't be) and took a very unnecessary risk. [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

While Murphy's play was not optimal, I really don't think you can call it bad by any stretch. It's pretty hard for Arieh to fold the K-high flush here, and Murphy thinks that Arieh is paying him off a lot of the time here with a very good hand.

Arieh just thought one level higher, and made a very good laydown.

Still, nowhere near the Tommy Reed turn fold.

I know the celeb poker shows shouldn't count here, since there's just too many bad plays to count, but I saw one on that god-awful Poker Royale comedians vs pros the other day that takes the cake:

Don't remember the exact board, but Robert Williamson has K3s and goes all in on the flop with a flush draw. Comedienne I don't recognize, who is the short but not insignificant stack, calls off the rest of her chips with an UNIMPROVED 32o and no draw. Of course the flush doesn't come in, she hits a 2 on the river, and goes on to win. Good god.
