I'd definitely say omaha hi (limit preferably) the mechanics in terms of using two cards and trying to make nut hands is somewhat comparable to hold'em. In 8OB, the low always confuses new players and even if they understand what is the nut low they get confused very easily on what is truly a good low. My suggestion would be omaha limit high and if you like it work from there.
