I want to raise it less and less every time in these small stakes Stars games.
Maybe it's selective memory, but my EV with AJ/KQ in EP hasn't been very good, if not negative. Either the blind calls and folds to a flop bet or I get reraised. Don't even ask about multiway. But I still raise anyway. I don't know, maybe I'm playing too automatic and I need to find more places to fold it. |

I know it's not a weak ace, but wouldn't this qualify as WA/WB?
WA: villain has 10s, or Qs WB: villain has Js, Ks or As, AK. Of course with jacks and kings being a little more unlikely. The turn fold sucks. Partial outs for your Ks, your 3 Q's are probably pretty clean and the 10s for your gutshot are mostly clean. |
