I really don't think we can attribute 2+2 type thinking to anybody who plays 40% of his hands and only raises 5% (granted 42 hands isn't alot, but it's enough to tell what type of player this is about). Sometimes good players make mistakes by trying to attribute 'trickiness' to their opponents when really the reason good players are good is that they are tricky whereas their opponents aren't really thinking that much/

I would attribute to this specific player the following line of thought: "I have J and K came and K is higher than J and I don't like K so I'll check but I'll call cause people bluff sometimes."
