JJ facing idiotic flop check/raise
No reads on villain, but this is the first pot I've played out of the blinds. Weak fold?

Re: JJ facing idiotic flop check/raise
I would have played about the same. Blinds are really small still so there is no need to risk in this situation. Im a little baffled as to what he could have. AK or aces, but he could have a lot of things. Not worth it though. Maybe weak, but that does not mean it is always incorrect.

Re: JJ facing idiotic flop check/raise
What would you rather do here? There is no other line that's really even an option given the action.

Re: JJ facing idiotic flop check/raise
All I have to say is that Golden11112 seems to be about 12 years old.

Re: JJ facing idiotic flop check/raise
It's pretty standard for me at least. I'd fold KQ here. I'm not positively certain whether that's smart or not in the $22's, but goes to show that I have no trouble folding jacks. I think both the fact that they checkraised and that they didn't push show real strength.

Re: JJ facing idiotic flop check/raise
I'd fold this. The bet size may be idiotic for his stack, but even if he's clueless about how to manipulate his bet sizes based on his # of chips left, he still probably wouldn't check/raise you without a king or a spade draw. And the king is probably way more likely.

Re: JJ facing idiotic flop check/raise
It looks to me that villian bet after Golden was running his mouth. It may not have made any difference, but I would sure be hacked at Golden for telling villian that one of the Ks and one of the 3s are not in your hand before he bet.

Re: JJ facing idiotic flop check/raise
folding KQ here has to be VERY VERY BAD.
