Showing boundry conditions is one way to see trends. If you look at a 1SB stack size HU Limit match, nobody has an edge, were as if you look at a large stack size HU limit match, the expert will win almost every time.

Now, a 1SB stack in NL, no edge. A large stack NL match, the novice player can still have about a 20% chance to win just by pushing almost every hand. So as the stack size increases here, the edge the expert player has isn't as great.

Since our real-world case falls somewhere in between but not very close to 1SB, it could be infered that the expert will have a bigger edge in limit than NL.
