First I don't know that I always 3bet out of the SB against an UTG raiser with KQs. Opponent dependent of course.

Given the PF action I like betcall, then checkcall down. Of your 3 options (c/r, c/c and b/c) checkraise is by far the worst. You lose the most when behind and give him a very good way to get away from a loser.
