Default Wierd PF leads to ugly flop situation

2nd orbit and no reads on villian. 2-tabling blind (no HUD).

I have A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] in the CO and open. BTN folds, SB calls, BB 3-bets, I call, SB caps, and all call.

Flop is A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
SB checks, BB bets, and I don't like the spot I'm in.

Is there any point in raising here? I can't fold here for one bet on the flop w/TPGK can I? If I can't raise, and can't fold, do I call all the way down?

You could reraise in hopes of getting cheaper turn and one player out of the pot. in case of a 3-bet, just call down

I'm betting / raising here - you might well have the best hand on the flop
