Hi Tom. For those who don't know, Tom is a maniac at No Limit, so watch out!
Anyways...the worse an opponent is at taking advantage of positions, the less important post-flop play becomes. So, the preflop play would move closer to the actual pot odds, making the percentage of hands that are playable closer to 60% let's say. After that, the hands are just too junky.
You'll flop a pair only about 37% of the time with 2 random cards such as T7o. The smaller your cards, the more likely that pair is not good enough and will cost you money, even against a random hand.
