flopping an OESD gives you 8 outs, and if you flop a flush draw at the same time, you can't count all 9 outs because you already counted two of them in your 8 outs for a straight. so total you'll have 15 outs, multiply number of outs by 2 and add 1 (31%). so after the flop with a OESD and a flush draw you are approximately 62% to catch one of those cards on the turn or river, and 31% to catch it on the river.

Chance of not hitting on either card = (32/47) * (31/46) = .4588

Chance of hitting on at least one card = 1 - .4588 = .54

So 54% instead of 62%
