Virtual PC and eurobet (party poker)
I got a new 15" g4 powerbook for graduation a few months ago and have used it for a lot of things including video editing and dvd burning, but not yet for poker. Obviously most sites sans pokerroom dont have a mac client but Im wondering if anyone has used Virtual PC to run poker applications such as Party Poker or UB. Ive heard things run a little slow on virtual pc, but I cant imagine PP being too processor/memory intensive of an application. I can seemlessly edit video on the powerbook with no problem, it seems like i could run eurobet smoothly as well.
Please let me know if anyone has done/does this (4 tabling PP using Virtual PC) or if they have any other suggestions? |

Re: Virtual PC and eurobet (party poker)
People have done it, just don't think they 4-tabled or it was too viable.
For the price of Virtual PC (est. retail $249), you can just shell out $100 more and get an entire computer that will do the job better and faster. |

Re: Virtual PC and eurobet (party poker)
another reason not to get a Mac if you're not doing some serious video editing
