Personally I think that he should have but he didn't. The converter must have messed up, I will post a corrected version.

Hero is rarely in bad shape on the flop. If MP1 has AA it's basically a coinflip, and there are plenty of situations where Hero is getting the best of it. I'd rather reraise the flop immediately.

I would try to get allin on the flop and hope for the best. If MP1 is reasonable, it's usually a coinflip, with a slight edge going to the low + flush draws. If MP1 is doing something stupid, Hero could have a big advantage. I'd probably fold preflop, although the price he paid wasn't so bad.

I have called preflop getting a good price, and check-raised the flop. With an A on the board, you can usually count on someone betting it for you, and if it's checked around that's ok too since the free card should help you more than anyone. If I did lead out (which is also viable), and was raised, I'd have reraised.
