Default strategy in B&R no limit hold-em

I am thinking of playing is a no-limit hold-em game. The are some really bad players in the game. The buy in is $200 minimum and $500 maximum. The blinds are $5 and $10. What would be the best preflop strategy with this blind structure. Play really tight and wait for big hands because of the small blind or, play a lot of hands preflop such as suited connectors and small pairs and immediately fold on the flop if I do not hit the flop

In my opinion, the blinds are not small, they are large for a $500 max buy-in game - especially if most players buy in for the minimum of $500. In other words, you can't just sit and wait for the most premium hands, unless the other players are very loose.

For the most part, how you should play really depends on your opponents. Also, live casino play is usually refered to as bricks and morter (B&M).
