Flop >>> Since BB is a maniac we shouldīnt respect his reraise to much. He could have like 77-aa, a flush draw, a 3. The 2 is also a possiblity, but not strong enough to consider folding. Call or raise, factors to consider >> 1. Our hand value wonīt change to much after the turn card. Any spade will of course devalue it somewhat. If we are in front now, we will likely be in front at showdown. So I would look to put in some value. If i had BB on my left i would consider calling the flop and waiting for the turn to c/r and trap all players. But since this is not an option i would reraise on the flop. Turn >>> I would cap it considering bb is a maniac and UTG+1 is very likely on a flush draw. Punish UTG+1 and pray that BB donīt have the 2. River >>> hmmm... /grunching |

Considering the fact that he's a super lag I would 3bet the river. I think you're ahead a lot here. Only hands that beat you are 33 and 2x.

I would cap the turn and the river here. I always seem to not get enough money out of maniacs.
If you get shown quads by an idiot who called your PF raise with a 2, thats poker. My opinion, though. Schwatt |

I would raise as well. If you get beat by quads, such is life. I think a lot of times you are going to get shown:

At the time I wasn't totally in tune with what he was doing, but in the midst of my 4 tables + a little chatting, I knew he definitely wasn't a timid player by any means.

Frankly I fold the flop. If they're willing to bet and raise into the PFR on a board with just twos and treys you can pretty much count on being a two outer to a set. [/ QUOTE ] This is silly. |

Three bet the flop, and if capped I'd consider calling down.
*edit: Raise the river. The chances of him holding a two are pretty low. |

Initially this looked easy, but now I'm not so sure. The problem I see with just calling the flop to raise the turn is that you're still not going to be able to give bad odds to anyone on a flush draw. On the other hand, if UTG+1 or CO are on a FD, they may be less likely to call a 3-bet from you on the flop than just 2. Also, a cap from BB could give you an indication to slow down a bit. I'm sure it plays differently from there. Finally, you should fold this hand vs an unknown about... never. |
