Default Top two gets scary...

This guy has been calling re-raises pretty liberally, and I knew I would get paid off if I turn a boat against a flopped straight. Didn't get there, and the worst possible card for my hand turns. Easy fold?

He has AJ? I absolutely cannot put him on a hand here... nothing fits. He's either got the J and is protecting from the flush, or has the flush draw and is semi-bluffing. I'm soooo confused.

I gotta fold, but would love to know what hand he plays this way...

10 10 maybe?

I dont understand. Preflop, why do you raise to 500? He has correct odds to defend his "steal"; and most likely he dominates you. On the flop, you have to believe you have the best hand. Being in position, you want to see a flop.

On the flop, only the straight and TT QQ AA beat you, the latter 2 of which are unlikely. This is a good bet out. When he minraises you, why did you not push all in? There was 3300+ in the pot after he minraised you; you would have been pushing for about the size of the pot.

I fold, villain shows KJo for the flopped straight. Anyway, I raised to $500, because against this player, I am VERY rarely behind when he calls. Also, I figured that if I hit a big flop, I would bust him. As it were, we both hit big flops, and I got out alive.
