Default Spewing with tens in a large pot.

I'm riding out an unreal 163BB downswing in just 1,366 hands, so I'm probably tilting here... good thing it's one of the last hands for tonight.

CO is losing and on tilt, so she's playing erratically.
BB is unknown

2/4 6max crypto 5-handed

Hero has TT UTG
Preflop: Hero raises, CO 3-bets, button folds, SB folds, BB caps, Hero calls two.

Flop: 13SB [4c 8s 5d]
BB bets, Hero raises.....

I think this is a flop fold though, and I'm kissing 4 bucks goodbye. Raising will just make CO fold (she was 3-betting PF with crap) or 3-bet with a big PP, which I'll have to call, and now I'm really wasting chips.

5-handed with an overpair I'm folding the flop never. Especially with CO tilting her 3-bet could be anything, and most players in the BB would be perfectly willing to cap with AJs here, let alone AQ or AK. I'm definitely seeing the turn, and if they stop raising there I'm going to showdown unless an ace shows up. If they're still playing the "who has bigger balls" game on the turn, then I can see tossing the tens...but even then I'm convinced I'm folding the best hand a significant portion of the time.

In other words, I like the flop raise.

ok, fair enough.

Flop: ..... I raise, CO calls, BB calls.

Turn: 9bb [9d]

BB checks to me.

Think I should check here and see what CO and BB does? I'd call down CO if he bets, but if BB check-raises I'm pretty safely done with the hand.

ez bet here. if we raised flop knowing opponents could have overcards, the 9 changes nothing.

thinking like this will cause you to have a lot more -163 bb downswings. You are allowing them to see a river for nothing or bluff you out of a pot. Bet now and get them to fold their overcards and not let them hit the river for free and take away money that is rightfully yours.
