Sounds like Bally's is gold mine right in the middle of the strip.

Are the cocktail waitresses hot?

Compared to places like Bellagio or Mandalay Bay, no. It's pretty hit and miss though. Some cuties and some scary ones.

this is VERY wrong...the waitresses there seem to be out of a freaking burn unit. it has something to do with the union and never being able to cut loose the old help...there are zero great looking girls...maybe one or two decent ones.

Given the pluses of soft games, and uncrowded, thats OK as long as the burn unit waitresses aren't wearing skimpy outfits like the Rio girls do.
