A sexual harassment suit???? For making that comment? While it was inappropriate and unprofessional, anybody that claims to be harmed by that remark is either lying or mentally unstable. If that guy sues Steve and gets his way, he deserves to be kicked in the face. Seriously. I've spent some time living in the States and gained an appreciation for the American culture. But this whiny-ass sue-happy attitude is a BIG disgrace. |

If a male boss said that to a female worker that would be highly inappropriate, and the boss would deserve to get fired over it.
But taking someone to court over this? Come on.. why should one be compensated for every bad thing that happens in life? Can you honestly say that such a comment justifies the resources spent on a lawsuit - regardless of who ends up paying? |
