Okay, I'm donating my money and will consider it a learning experience.

I'm ready to get schooled.

Maybe, with it being a limit tournament, I'll last a little while.

Hm, 10 bucks will be all the winnings I've made so far in cash games...
But I'm still seriously considering this.

I've never played in a LIMIT tournament before (though I ran incredibly well while playing in the nano-buyin Sit-n-Gos)... Is it similar in that you must play very aggressively when you do mess around in pots, or is a limit tournament similar to a limit cash game?

Honestly, people shouldn't be scared. A lot of people with high post counts aren't really that good. (I'm not naming names, nor am I insinuating that anyone in this thread is bad or good (except for me, I'm god's gift to poker)).

And come on, it's just $11!!

This isn't really a direct response to you McNeese, but rather the people on the fence.

It is most of the time. But when the blinds get big it's kind of playing NL since a couple of raises put you all in. I've played just one fixed limit tournament and I came 11th out of about 140. I still haven't made any final table besides 2 satellites that don't really count
