Default Suns lose Johnson, Friend loses Faith, we made a bet

Just wanted to share with you all a bet I just made.

A friend of mine doesn't think the Suns can win without their two best 3-ballers; I think when you have Amare, you can always win.

We made two separate bets:
First, 1:1 that the Suns win their division.
Second 3:1 that they make the playoffs.

Unless amare breaks his leg, IMO they are a lock for the playoffs. They should also win the division as they dont have to contend with san antonio. Both pretty save bets wiht making the playoffs almost guaranteed

Yeah, this was more of a "look at what a great bet I made" post than anything else.

Barring injury, I think I'm a lock for the playoff bet. The division seems pretty safe to me, too. I think even the most emphatic Lakers fan would have to admit that Amare is probably the best player in that division. And the Suns still have the MVP and another all-star. Even with a much worse 3-point shooting team that last year, I can't imagine the Kings or Clippers ousting Pheonix, without a serious injury to Nash or Amare some time during the season.

Really, I feel like I'm betting that neither Nash nor Amare is injurred for 20 games or more this season.
