I really don't see what worse hand calls you. I guess you're relying on 88-99, but I think you get called and shown JJ-KK or maybe QT-T9 (much less likely) more often. I like how the OP played it.

you may fold out a better hand here as well. The original raise is in a BAD spot on that river.

None of those will ever fold to a river bet. JT might not overcall but who's going to call?

The original raiser is in a bad spot with a player yet to act behind him. I think you are underestimating the predicament that he is in.

The guy checked behind last to act when the ace hit. I'm sure the original raiser is afraid he has an ace.

I dont know about you but if im the original the raisor I keep firing on the turn with kk through a pair of tens on the turn.
I will bet the turn 100% of the time on the turn with any ace to protect my hand from any gutshout, flush, or oesd.
