Raise more preflop ($4.50-$5 to go or so). (4xBB +1bb per limper, add a little because you are OOP)

As played, bet more on the flop. 2/3 pot minimum. I don't like the push on the river...I'd rather bet ~$13 and try to get another call from villian. Were you doing this because you were shortstacked and were trying to look as if you were bluffing?? I suppose that is OK then. If you suspect someone is drawing, you want them to call another bet from you; just bet an amount that you think they will call but enough so that it is a mistake for them to call because you are giving them bad odds to call.
