in my opinion one of two things could be going on here.
1). obviously you have to fear that the early position limper could be playing aces or kings...this is not at all an uncommon way to play those hands. unless you have a good solid read on him and have seen him try to take pots away like this before you should lay it down if even the slightest part of your thinks he has AA KK or QQ.
2). Your bet after the flop looks like a standard continuation bet following up your preflop raise. He may think that you are weak and just continuing to be aggressive after missing the flop. His actions in this instance would be much more likely if you had followed up pre flop raises with continuation bets a few times while at the table with him.
it is tough to tell you exactly what to do without any info on the guy.. just think about the way he has been playing and put youself in his shoes and look at your actions and use your best judgement. There is always a slim chance he is just making a move here without much of a hand at all... but its hard to assume that unless you have seen him do it before.
