The database doesn't share the hands the opponents played, just statistics about all the hands played aggregated together. There is a huge difference between the two, hence why it is not collusion.

Lets face it.. Party brought this upon themselves by allowing anyone sitting at the table to check the hand histories. Thats why most other rooms don't allow this.
