So, only the buyer can see it from 6 feet away without a filter or other mechanical requirement, but you can't view it by inspecting the cards?

[/ QUOTE ]

Read a bit further; there is a filter required to attach to your glasses, one that presumably no one else at the table will have.

The tinted sunglasses could indicate use of luminous marked cards, either pre-marked or marked during the game.

I don't believe you need glasses for the tintork ones....only the luminous shade ones.

You guys playing holdem?

If so, make sure that no one burns the burn card before it's time to do so... that's what hte burn card is there for.

Concentrate on the broadway cards and see if there's any irregularities. Do this when you're dealt A3o or something like that.

Also, it's likely that if hte cards are makred they're going to be marked identically on opposite sides of the card (so that you can read it no matter what way the card is turne).

The whole flipping through the deck like a notebook thing to quickly spot deviations in cards is really cool. Good idea!!

If you don't have good plastic cards such as Copags or KEMs, then insist that new unopened paper decks are used for each game and discarded afterwards. Everyone chips in 50 cents, you can buy two decks.

[/ QUOTE ]

It's possible to repackage a deck of cards after marking.

If you're a regular at the game, no one will think twice if you show up with a couple brand new decks of cards. Just say I noticed your decks were getting old/sticky/bent/any excuse really. I've done it many times and usually people chip in a couple bucks to help refund me.

Default Tell me what this card is.

See if you can tell me what this card is. It's the same as looking at one of those 3D images. So relax your eyes.
