Default 10\\20 6 max. River value ?

I've just moved up to 10\20 from 5\10.

I've been trying to value bet the river more, hence the river raise. Any comments ?

This is a very strange check-raise by BB. I certainly wouldn't think he would play a 5 this way, but it can't be impossible. I would 3-bet the river also, but I think its close.
