Million dollar freeroll?

Anyone get into this thing yet? For those that don't know what I am talking about - I'm refering to the $1,000,000 freeroll Paradise is holding late this month (more info here: http://www.million-dollar-freeroll.com)

I won my seat yesterday in freeroll - just wondering if anyone else here will be playing in it too. I'm also wondering how many players will be in it (roughly) - just trying to scope my chances of winning [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I think if I got bad beat heads up I'd have to kill myself, which is -EV enough to make me not play this.

Yeah that structure blows. They just want to be able to say they gave out a million online.

i'm just baffled by this payout structure. if they made it like a regular tourney, it would make so much more sense. it would garner more interest for sure, as well, if would spread the money out to many players on the site which would be recycled within the site.

They anticipate about 3,400 with a max of 4,000

Yea, I just looked at this - man that will be an intense heads up match at the end. Good thing the final table is played live, I couldn't handle it online.

I *definitely* would try to make a deal if I was in it and got down to 3-4 handed or so.
