Mr Hand was banned yesterday, I think, before this turned into a big controversy. Sometimes, people need to be asked if they are on dope, and restoring him would allow him to continue his good work.

I think he's realized that he has made a mistake and is being a man about it and correcting it. Personally, I'm glad we have at least one mod who's willing to evaluate his own action and fix things where he sees they may have not gone as well as hoped.
