Default Pokerstove Distribution

When using Pokerstove, what should I run my searches with "Enumerate All" or "MonteCarlo"?

Enumerate All gives you the answer after running every possibility. In other words, the exact percentage.
MonteCarlo just deals hands until you stop it. Not as accurate, but useful for crazy matchups such as AKo vs 5 Random Hands.

Enumerate All is there aren't that many combinations, i.e. you are running KK vs AA KK QQ AK etc. Monte Carlo for the ones that have huge combinations, your AA KK QQ JJ AK AQ range vs 6s 89s k2 etc etc
