Live $100 NL semi-deep stacks, KK hand
Live 1-2-2 $100 NL, $4 to call BB...5 AM players are falling asleep between hands and I love it.
UTG (crazy Asian super LAG)$300 Eegs $450 UTG raises to $10. I look down and find K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] in middle position so I reraise to $30. He calls. pot: $65 Flop: 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] UTG bets out $30. I reraise to $70...He pushes all-in...now what? |

Re: Live $100 NL semi-deep stacks, KK hand
call. you said he's a crazy LAG. 3 hands beat you, 55, AA and 8x. given your description, more than likely he's drawing to 2 or 3 outs or runner runner boat.

Why did you make such a small flop raise?

Re: Live $100 NL semi-deep stacks, KK hand
Raise the flop more. Your stack is going in. If he's crazy here you're undoubtedly going to be ahead plenty of times to make this profitable. Scary, but I think you have to call unless hes not LAG/maniac enough to just push even though you are showing obvious strength.

Agreed...A weak raise made too quickly in the heat of battle...I sensed weakness in him here because he was trying to stare me down so I instinctively raised and blurted out $70.

I dont think my reraise to $30 here is terrible but it's possible it could have used a little more heart
